My parents ran businesses, so I grew up around it. I opened my first shop in college, selling antiques and vintage clothing.

After that I spent years with national home furnishings brands. My job was usually to walk into a store that was losing money and make it profitable again. Later I helped open and run six luxury home furnishings stores across Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. That's what brought me to Dallas, and I've been here ever since.

I've worked both sides of a sale: business to business as a brand rep, and business to customer on the store floor. I've managed inventory, staffing, logistics, and marketing budgets. So when I look at your rankings, I read them the way an owner would: in calls, jobs, and revenue.

Marketing was always part of running a store. I also love technology, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a nerd about it.

When I moved into digital marketing, I kept seeing the same thing. Good local businesses were losing to competitors with bigger budgets. Owners were paying agencies for work that never turned into calls. I wanted to fix that.

Nothing makes me happier than helping a smaller business compete with the ones that can outspend it. And I'd rather save you money than waste it.
