Meet Travis
I am Travis Matthews, founder of Monstera Method. Before I made the career change to digital marketing, I spent more than 25 years in business operations. I worked with B2B and B2C throughout my career. I have owned or been a part of several businesses over the years. I built teams, managed P&Ls, negotiated leases, trained staff, and figured out what actually makes a small business grow versus what just looks like growth on paper.
My operator background is why Monstera Marketing works differently from most agencies. I do not think like a marketer who has only ever done marketing. I think like someone who has walked in your shoes, stared at a cash flow statement, and needed real leads to come through the door now, not next quarter.
I moved full-time into digital marketing because I kept seeing the same pattern. Great local businesses were being outranked by competitors who understood the system better. I set out to learn that system at a level most agencies never reach, and Monstera Marketing is the result.
