Welcome to the text messaging service provided by Monstera Marketing ("we," "us," "our").

By opting in to our text messaging service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By providing your phone number and opting into our text messaging service, you consent to receive text messages from Monstera Marketing at the phone number you provided. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase goods or services.

2. Opting In

To receive text messages from us, you must opt-in by providing your phone number through our website, mobile app, or other communication channels. You have checked a box agreeing to receive marketing and non marketing messages from us. If at anytime you have opted out and want to opt back in Reply "START" to opt back in.

3. Opting Out

You can opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

This campaign is designed for clients who want to book an appointment through our online scheduling system. They then receive a text message from us stating they have opted in to receive messages from us.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
